Golden Cypress Paddle Board

Handcrafted from golden cypress (Macrocarpa), these small curvaceous paddle boards are perfect for sharing a feast with friends and family. Sanded until buttery smooth and finished with a non-toxic / food safe hard wax oil, they are just calling out for a spread.

Made from agroforestry grown Cypress Macrocarpa offcuts - courtesy of Ceres fair wood - these charcuterie boards are about as environmentally conscientious as you could want. Grown in abundance on Victorian farms to serve as windbreaks, Macrocarpa represents a local and conscientious timber choice, as it promotes and enables a transition towards agroforestry, and away from less sustainable harvest practices. Through sequestering & locking up atmospheric carbon, these little boards are literally helping ameliorate climate change, albeit in a small way; but don't stop lobbying the fossil fuel industries anytime soon.
